BIM, gamification, and Virtual Reality applications are more often used to serve the interests of Design for Manufacture Assembly (DfMA). This paper presents a comprehensive study exploit these technologies' innovative approaches capabilities. The is specifically adopted implement small medium-size architectural construction practices with limited budget time dedicated visualisation creation. collected evidence proved that game-like platform combined BIM could provide simplified data delivery client, leading customer satisfaction, confidence increased sales. designed workflow templates were tested in case self-build company. staff was trained correctly use supplied game templates. demonstrated automation VR House Configurator creation achievable. study's outcome an integrated solution regenerate models environment utilise house configurator's organised furniture library costing interface.
